dueled insured waiting on documentation

I found out I was dueled insured and phoned them up and they were very helpful and told me that they will forward me the necessary documentation so I can claim the 50% back from OOBA this was Thursday, 13 April 2023 1:01 I have been emailing Suleman Luthfiha ever since and nothing I phoned in a few times and was told no problem they will forward the documents then I emailed Yasseera Bowes he was listed on the first and only email I got from Suleman Luthfiha where he sent me the cancelation document but I kept telling them that it is the schedule and claims history I am looking for and still nothing... They are definitely not coming to the party!!
