*********** DSV courtier card division

Very unhappy with credit card delivery courier company.No comms before hand and we get call to say they on way to deliver new card that I never ordered and that I will have to pay for delivery in December 2023.I refused and told dSv to go back to bank as I don’t want to pay for something I never ordered.This year the bank card division advised it’s automatically replaced and there is no delivery costs so I agree to have DSV who is still holding the credit card since 2023 to deliver the credit card on Thursday last week.Waited all day and no DSV courier delivers anything.that’s one day of pay lost and now everyone will say sorry and be apologetic with words but no compensation for incompetence.To this day no card delivered and no comms so std bank couriers is basically useless and *********** to say the least
