DSV are the worst!

I have been a Standard Bank customer for well over 30 years now, and I cannot understand why they entrust DSV Couriers with the very important task of delivering their new Credit Cards! DSV phone on Monday, but as soon as I answer, the call cuts off. They phone on Tuesday morning, I answer, the call cuts off - and my phone shows that the entire process lasted 7 seconds! You cannot phone the numbers they have used – so I go to my local Standard Bank branch, who get hold of DSV, who promise to phone back. A few hours later I get a phone call, and I am told they only deliver to my area on Wednesdays and Fridays – so I say, well I guess I’ll have to settle for Friday (11 days after ordering my card) – oh no, she says, it’s fully booked for this Friday, you have to wait until NEXT WEDNESDAY. Only after throwing all my toys out the cot, does she condescend to phone the driver and see if he can’t be nice, and he deigns to do so. It remains to be seen if Friday will bring a good result!
