Drizal Crouch - Business Banking Consultant who really doesn't care Consultant
How long does it take to close your business banking account? If your relationship manager is Drizal Crouch from the Durban North branch, it takes over a month and R500 in charges! I've emailed, sent smses and whatapps, but the lady chooses to blatantly ignore me or make false promises to close the account. Can I please have someone competent and someone who actually cares about their clients to close this account.
