drenched carpets, no response

Sunday evening 18 june we notice a few wet patches on our passage carpets. Monday I call std bank insurance, log my call and I then followed this up with an email. the person I spoke to said I could expect a call from a plumber to arrange time to visit my house. Tuesday pm still no response, I mail again. today Wednesday, 21 June, still no repsosne so I call back, agent confirms call was logged by saudah monday at 13:50, and confirms nothing has bene done since, she will follow up with her manager and get back to me before her shift is up today. It is now 5:42pm, and no response. By now my carpets are so wet, they will need to be replaced as well as having the leak sorted. What do I need to do to get standard bank to action my calls, and get my leak sorted?

thank you for your response. After throwing my toys today I eventually got service. call logged monday, 19 june, call eventually attended to friday 23 june. plumbers can't find problem, leak detection company to visit my house 24 june to find problem. House stinks from 5 days of damp, carpets will eed to be replaced once leak sorted. this could have all been avoided if the call I made 19 june had been actioned. I have asked for a copy fo this phone call recording - as you say - all calls are recorded for quality and security purposes.

next episode - leak detection visited ur house, they found the leak. they say they need to now submit a report, I adivsed that std bank gave me an emergency after hours 24/7 number and that this claim was authorised to be repaired, the leak detection people left. I then called the 24/7 number who confirmed the leak detection report must be submitted, and that the claims dept only opens again monday. so nothing they can do today. Std bank, you service is terrible, my carpets are drenched, the house stinks. i remind you the original call was logged 13:50 on 19 june already, nearly a week ago. and yesterday I was advised by std bank my leak would be fixed today. you record all your calls, plse go back and listen to them all, and sort our your terrible service.
