dreadful service by Standard bank South Africa

I have been with standard bank for more than 12 years now, and the services I'm getting from them is so pathetic. About 4 months ago I ordered a prestige cheque card which I'm debited for every month, to my surprise I was ordered a gold cheque card. I have been going to the Pretoria central branch every week, seemingly it is so hard for them to resolve this issue. I went on to contacting their card division, also, no one seem to be able to assist me in this regard. I'm so tired of going to the branch and calling standard bank using my own resources.

The service is so piteous and I can not take it anymore, I'm paying for the services I'm not getting from the bank, which gives me no joy.

Should this matter not be resolved by end of this week, I'm closing that account and take my money to the deserving bank...

this treatment I got from standard bank representatives/consultants is despicable and uncalled for. They don't even deserve the one star on this review.
