Dreadful Bank.

Second time I am giving a bad review. I reside in the UK. A while ago I spent months trying to sort out my accounts at Bayside Branch. In September the branch manager set up fax indemnities to make my life easier for future dealings and gave me a new contact as she was being transferred to another branch. Well guess what the same old thing. No responses to emails. No one answering phones. 10 different emails sent to 10 different people today. All out of office to 17th December. Customer service is just as bad. States the branch has closed and cuts me off after being on the phone 30 minutes. Really need some customer service training. I am furious as I need to transfer funds and close accounts and there is no one to help. Why do they allow people living abroad to keep accounts open when they can not help when needed. Telling me to go into a branch. What a joke. I spent lots of money on calls and a courier service to send original documents previously. What was the point when I am back to square one.

If you treat a complaint as a matter of urgency as per your response how long does it take for you to contact Roekeya Hill at Bayside branch to inform her to respond to emails sent by the client or to make contact with the client. Secure messages should never have been done away with as it is now a nightmare trying to sort things out with accounts when you live abroad. Please deal with this urgently. Not happy with the service again.
