Drawed money at a ATM but no money came out, but was deducted from my account.

I tried drawing money from a ATM in Century City on the 30-10-2017.No money came out of the machine how ever the funds was deducted from my account. I went into the branch and i was advised that someone will contact me in the course of the day how ever no one has been in contact with me since then. I have checked today again and the funds was still not reversed and it has been more than 24 Hours even though i was advised it will be reversed yesterday during the course of the day(30-10-2017).

I called into the call centre, the agent I spoke to advised me that she dont see anything on the system and no call has been logged,she will get her manager to look into which will probably take another 2 days.
