Draw money at ATM but got no money

I drew money at the ATM at the Engen Garage on Delmas Road, close to De Villabois road, in Pretoria This was on the 6 March 2015. The transaction was finished and i got an sms that the money has been deducted from my account. But then all of a sudden, before the money was dispensed, the screen said: \ Jammer die masjien is buite werking
