DRAGGING TO REFUND ME
Standard bank insurance brokers are taking forever to refund me. I logged a call on the 3 March 2023. I was overcharged for my building insurance. Assessors came and confirmed. I called Standard bank insurance brokers. They agreed to refund. They said that it will take 14 days to process. Today it's the 21 March 2023. I am not getting any refund. When I call no one wants to give me information about my refund.
