doubledebit orders

I have a R 30 000 loan with standard bank which i defaulted as we were on strike at work . I missed one payment of my loan and was handed over to Vertex by standard bank.i have received numerous SMS at the time and I received calls as well from Vertex ,as we were on strike and didn't know how long it would take I agreed to the arrangement made by Vertex to reduce my installment,surprisingly beginning of August 04-08-2015 debit order came from standard bank directly and I thought my account was recalled .<br> On the 25-08-2015 my debit order was from Vertex and this month Vertex and standard bank both debited me and now I'm getting the run around with the reversal or refund as I am paying two instalments for one a fo.i called on Friday and was advised my money will be reversed . nothing was there and today still then i went to the branch here at work and was assisted by Clint and he tried assisting but couldn't get any help from Vertex .the consultant at Vertex was rude ,she first hang up , when we called back on the number *** we held a long time for her and Patricia who is the HOD couldn't come and assist. we started at 14:55 and finished 16:00 with no solution
