Double problems now

Not only have you not rectified the charge from last month (refer to case *** and AD249916), but you have done the same again this month. Xavier has done all the security clearances, handed the case over to the Helderberg Branch and they have done absolutely nothing. Non existant service from Standard Bank again. How do we get someone to actually work in your company?? About 15 email and 2 phone calls and a few posts on HelloPeter and this is still not sorted!! If I could charge you for wasting my time I would be wealthy.
