Double premium
Can someone assist me with my refund, On the 14th of June 2018 SBSA Insurance deducted R845.83 for new car Policy SBIB-INSURSHS ********** 72, which is incorrect because I had already had policy which I paid on the 1st of June 2018 for a car that was traded in on the 14th of June. Because the premium is basically the same a prorata was supposed to have been made. They also went and deducted another amount this time for R26.93 SBIB-INSURTUP ********** 66. Then on the 18th they refunded 130.39 SBIS-SRAF SBIB INS REFUND which is incorrect. The amount should be about 845. Someone please assist
