DOUBLE PAYMENT DEDUCTED BY STANDARD BANK

Standard Bank issued me with a World Citizen credit card over a year ago. They then issued me with a new gold card. Now they deduct an amount of R10518 from my current credit card stating that I owe the funds. I certainly don't. What gives them the right to deduct from my account when I don't owe them
