Double Excess to excessive for 1 claim
I just submitted a claim this morning as my geyser has burst . also causing damage to the walls as also the ceiling and the light fittings . this is is 1 claim !! I have now been told that i have to pay 2 excesses for one claim as they have to get 2 different vendors . This Standard bank is not my problem that you have to get 2 different vendors , why don't you just get 1 vendor who does plumbing and construction ? Why should I pay twice for one claim . I think you guys should re-look your vendors and make sure that they are multi skilled so that we the customers do not have to pay twice for your poor policies .

Could someone please contact me and please re look this double excess thing .
