Double debits

<p>This is the third time i have been double debited and this time i really do not know why this would be the case. I am so tired and every time it is a que of an half an hour or a phone call which doesn't get answered for 15 minutes. Can you please get some-one to call me regarding this as I really do not know what to do anymore.</p>
