Double debit order standard bank

Standard bank home loan department is the most pathetic service ever, this is the second month they double debit me after me fighting last month with them ssnding all the necessary document as they require and still I have the same problem. I never get out to management seem like they hiding or staff not letting you get through to them or they just never phone you as it has been requested. So I do not recommend them for home loans ever because they never seem to do as you ask you just waste your time doing as they ask which lead to nothing being done. I sent email and phoned complaints still nothing and nothing investigated why this became an issue. The most *********** department
