Double debit on home loan
DOUBLE DEBIT FOR A HOME LOAN!!
This is unacceptable. Is there was something wrong with the system. Why not have sms or notifications stating sorry for the inconvenience. As some peoples bonds is not cheap. How does one get to survive the month ahead with pending debit orders?
This leaves your customers with late payments, bank chargers, itc records will look as in arrears due to your system errors.
Please have a outbound team contact your clients or any firm of correspondence.
