Double charges on my credit card account.

I have a credit card with standard bank and im trying to pay it off. I have two charges on my account which I dont understand One charge is interest, which is fine, the other is a finance charge. Standard bank explained that its a withdrawal charge, but i haven't withdrawn from this account in months, so i dont understand why Im being charged. I need to pay off my debt but they are making it very difficult for me.
