Why has Standard bank become so heartless. I financed a vehicle through Standard bank and for 3 and half years paid installments on time. When Covid 19 broke out , I was unemployed for 8 months. I app**** for payment relief twice. Now I'm being harassed by a law firm representing Standard Bank for a amount of R26k otherwise vehicle will be taken. I've tried making an arrangement but the lawyer insist he can't help. Ive emailed Standard Bank but to no avail. Why can't they help in this regard, instead of just wanting to take the vehicle. I am struggling and taking the vehicle will just worsen it. I want to pay the vehicle but don't have R26k . Is there really not a way to help people instead of treating them like nothing.
