Dont want to give me holliday on my loan
I was applying for a holliday on my loan because i need some relief according my surcomstances these days because covid did put my whole life in termoil. 3 weeks aggo i app**** for a holliday on my loan by them and nothing nothing happens. This morning after so long they phoned ne to tell me that i dont qualify. i dont qualify for this but i qualify for a consolidation loan . I dont want a consolidation loan. i want a 3 month holliday on my loan. why do they want to put me in more depth. I am a long time customer by the but now i am really dissapointed in them I if i want a consolidation loan i would have app**** for that
