dont use standard bank visa card machine or merchant service -poor service

STANDARD BANK for 2 days i have tried to call the merchant services 0861 number ...holding for 28 minutes now all i get back is an email ''a service advisor will be in touch'' - not acceptable . who can hold for 30 minutes when they have a business to run???
