Don't use Standard Bank personal lending EVER!!!

Standard bank personal lending team are a bunch of ************s. It's either their objective is to ***** clients money or just to not do thier job at all.

I had an account in arears which I settled in November 2021, today is 14 June 2022 and this Sam's account is appearing as open negatively affecting my credit score each month as missed payments.

I have shared all supporting docs to many times with thier *** *** ***

All of which have been absolutely no help whats so ever. Including going to the branch with physical copies of paid up letter from standard bank and the attorneys, the branch staff is honestly more useless than the call center and office team.

I hate this bank and am looking forward to closing my final account with them soon for good and taking my family and friends with me as far away from this bank as possible.
