Don't use Standard Bank!
Service gone down terribly. Only one branch in Port Elizabeth dealing with Forex, with only ONE staff member at ONE counter! Afterwards, it is a pain to get any information out of the bank by email. Very very bad experience for over 3 months! We have been with them for many decades, but i think now it is time to change.... Please take your money somewhere else! I will do the same....

26 May 2022, 12:21The bank was quick to take my money, but to get it out, one would think they are giving it from their pockets. CFC dept is a disaster... Email sent yesterday and 24 hours and still no reply..... Disgusting. Looking at other banks to transfer my money away from this joke of a bank
