Don't trust Standard Trust Limited services
Yesterday I made a follow up call and a cc email to the manager of the STL team. I was advised to do so after a previous request wasn't sent on time. This has been another medical request that was ignored and please don't send people to call me and tell me about their 3-5 working days because medical requests are supposed to be handled immediately as far as their policies are concerned
