Don't Take out a loan with Standard Bank, go to FNB!

Standard Bank is a nightmare to deal with, no organised administrative process with handed over accounts. I have been sending mails back and forth for the past Six months asking them to update their system and close my account paid late last year. I had the same issue with FNB and same debite collector MBD but they were prompt, responsive, gave me excellent service, followed and finalized the matter. I never want to deal with this bank!
