Don't take life cover from standard bank

Please don't take life cover with standard bank. They take so long to pay its been a year since we clamed. But they keep asking doctors for information without the client's consent and even willing to pay for it, 12 month they keep giving us the same answer ''waiting for the assessor'' . I believe they are just looking for a way not to pay us. Its so sad that when you take life cover you taking it for your loved one not to die in hunger but if it take standard bank more than a year to pay imagine how much debt your loved one will incur.
