Don’t take holiday payment from Standard bank what a NIGHTMARE

Second month in a raw I am in arrears according to the bank even though they agreed to payment holiday for 3 months. My credit score went down 24 points and it looks like it will go down further 24 points. Will I still get extended term going forward meaning the bank not only ruined my credit but I am in for a long term that did not benefit me. Why is it ate bank has not attempted to withdraw the money in that 2 months I am meant to be on a payment holiday and come after deduction date to say I am in arrears?
