Don't seem to be able to cancel my Life Insurance with STD Bank
Good day. I have asked to cancel my life and trauma insurance with STD Bank so many times and they just ignore my emails, don't cancel the debit order. I told them I do not live in SA anymore but they don't even reply on my emails. Just continue to debit my bank account I have no idea how to get them to stop the amounts going off my account and will not have a choice but to go to the Insurance Onbudsman with this matter
