Don't open an account, they ***** from you!!!

I have a credit card with STD Bank, I haven't used it in 5 years and just had the std debit amount taken off each month for 5 year!!!!! My credit amount was R3500.00. I've paid R130.00 each month which which equals to R7800.00. When I phoned to get my settle amount. (which it took 3 days to get through to someone, I'm on hold and I keep getting cut off after holding for an half hour other time longer) just to find out my credit amount hasn't moved. it's still R3500.00!!!! So the R7800.00 I paid was just for there admin!!! So glad I moved to FNB at least I know when I pay my credit card with them my amount decreases!!!

I still haven't heard back. I also sent them an email on the email for complaints on there website. They can't even reply to there own email
