Don't open a standard bank account

Standard bank is by far THE MOST useless bank ever to be opened in South Africa. They've been 'investigating' my account for the last two months. I have my salary from March in there. I've sent them everything they need and they still haven't lifted the hold on my account. I'm fed up with standard bank. All they need to do is, lift the hold, give me my money and close all my accounts. I want nothing to do with standard bank and their inconveniences anymore. You guys are very useless.
