DONT KNOW RULES OF YOUR JOB GET OUT OF THIS JOB

On the 2nd May 2015 I went to inquiries at Bayside Mall to give 90 days notice of my Home loan.The lady took copy of my id and my letter. She never advised me to wait for her to give me proof she is going to do her JOB and send the letter to HomeLoans. I phoned home loans the following week to ask if they received it. No then I phoned branch and got put through to general banking 10 minutes later was told ok she will put me through to branch. Branch never answered their phones. The lady at general banking said she would send the branch manager an email to contact me. No response I went back the branch. Turns out the branch manager had resigned so would not be getting that email. We looked for the letter I wrote as the lady who did in is on leave. I was then informed everything gets shredded, she should have done it while I was with her and given me the copies. Clearly she did not know this RULE. Z.DHALMANI SAID SHE WILL BACK DATE IT. Guess what she is on MATERNITY Leave. HOME LOANS WANT PROOF. Well the branches have a rule to SHRED ALL EVIDENCE. So as customer I am wrong.
