Dont Keep their promises

Standard Bank promised me last month that from this month onwards they would restructure my homeloan for 3 months and i could pay a lesser amount. Supprise, supprise when they put the debit order through, they put it through for the FULL amount. They broke their promise and did not keep to their word. I need a manager to phone me and sort this out in writing
