Don't get feedback regarding personal loan

I have app**** for a personal loan on the 16/10/2017, still don't know if my loan is a proved or not. I need to phone each time back to find out the status. I phone the consultant 10:47. She told me that she was not at work yesterday. She will check and phone me back. It is now 14:49 and still no call back. I spoke to the other branches, they told me it take upto 48 hour max to give feedback. This is really unprofessional. I won't recommend this branch to anyone.
