DONT EVER BE LOYAL TO YOUR BANK

I have been in discussions with Standard bank for months now with unresolved queries and amounts being deducted from my account by them that they are doing *******ly and without my consent. Even after I told them to stop it and rectify it, it still continues. What can I do???? Move to another bank to stop ******* charges? My previous reference number was : *** and that is two months ago. My problem started almost a year ago and still they are *****ing my money!!!! I am tired of this and tired of useless banking services and Standard Bank.
