Dont complain about service, there is none

On 15/10/2015 I listed a complaint regarding Standard bank not assisting my pensioner mom. To date she has had no response, not even an acknowledgement that the complaint is being looked into.<br> By the looks of things Standard bank do not give a damn!!!! One cant really complain about service that does not exist.<br> The way I feel at the moment, I will assist my mom in transferring her account after over 50 years
