Don’t care for customers
standard bank at cresta mall. Thursday 02 May 2019. 23 people in the line for tellers. 1 teller only. 2 hour wait. Why? Why treat us like this? Pathetic!

11 May 2019, 11:03Back at standard bank cresta 10.05.2019 and once again 1 teller. Even though the bank manager called to say that day all the tellers called in sick, I wonder what happened today. Pathetic cost cutting at expense of clients who pay full price for services they have to wait for. Worst than a government department.
