Don't care about your clients

I am once again being ignored by the bank I used to stand up for when people have told me I should switch. I can't change my EAP limit for some reason, I have now spoken to 3 or 4 consultants who could not understand why this is happening, the last one set my EAP so low from their side that I can't make the payments I need to make which is now causing unnecessary stress and anxiety. Last consultant said he will open a ticket with one of the higher technicians that will then contact me but it has now been almost a week and still no contact whatsoever. Everytime you call you get a new consultant that tells you no they don't know what's going on so they try the same things the previous consultant did just so that a day later you have to call again and have to wait again just to explain everything to someone new just so they can't help which seems like a waste time going in circles. Seriously considering taking my banking elsewhere as everytime there is an issue you take weeks to sort it out and that only happens when we complain publically. You obviously don't care about your clients and make false promises that someone would call, but they never do, it seems like you just ignore some requests for no reason at all making the process of an error on your side very inconvenient for the client.
