Don't be fooled by their promises

I recently had a terrible experience with AA Warranties when I tried to claim for a minor scratch on my car. I joined their membership thinking it covered minor damages like scratches, but boy was I wrong! When I scratched my car on a gate in February, I followed their claims process, got a quotation from a registered panel beater, and submitted it. Initially, they said they'd process the claim, but later changed their tune, saying they'd only cover labour costs, excluding paintwork. This is not what I was told when I joined - I was led to believe it covered minor damages like scratches.

The lack of communication and transparency has been appalling, with unnecessary delays causing the scratch to rust. When I called to ask what's going on, they gave me the runaround. Don't waste your money and time their 'comprehensive' cover is a joke. If you value your sanity and wallet, stay away! 😤
