Don't bank with Standard Bank if you have any entities in a Trust.

Stay away from Standard Bank if you have a Trust. They want to randomly update Fica, but the local branches do not have the clearence level to work with trusts. Hence, fica update not possible - AND THEN THEY FREEZE YOUR ACCOUNTS. Both my homeloan and personal accounts - frozen. With no one able to help me. Been on the phone to (100th in the qeueu - waste of time). 'Trust' me, Standard Bank is a nightmare in this regard. No avenue to resolve the problem.
