Don't bank with Standard bank

I have been paying diligently on the arears on my credit card every month - directly into the credit card - after I sent arrangement to the listed Standard bank email address without Standard bank even acknowleding my email. So if they are receiving payment every month without fail, why do they still hand my iver to MBD attorneys who's sole purpose in life is to harrass you (in the middle of the month, I might add)?
