Don't as standard bank for help, 3 month payment holiday but still deducted debit orders

I was approved for a payment holiday for 3 months during this horrible time, the only 1 person that knows how to do her job and was amazing! BUT Personal loan took 2 debit orders and RCP one. They don't even help their own departments and load it. Thanks Standard bank, you can't even get that right, pathetic. I want to cancel my debit orders as well please.
