Done with this Bank!!!

So I opened a RCP and it was approved on the 10th of November 2015, I only received the money on the 17th with no feedback why it took so long. They told me the first instalment would be in December, what does Standard bank do... they debut the end of November. Two weeks later after complaining I only received the reversal, cause apparently no one in standard bank can do the reversal. Then I get a phone call yesterday stating I'm in the arrears so I phone the complaints department and they say they will sort the issue out. Now today they try and debut the amount for November last year!!! I only had enough funds for my petrol next week and now I'm short cause a fee of R169.00 was taken because it bounced back. Done with Standard bank I've had nothing but problems. Please close your doors and let the banks that have a actual efficient quality system in place do their jobs!!!
