Don't know the meaning of service

I amended the date of my debit order, however Std Bank Card division decided to deducted on the old date and the new date, resulting in the 2nd debit order being returned unpaid by my bank. when contacting them to query AND logging a query, I still have not been refunded or been given any feedback. Tried calling them and just get the reply \this is the wrong department
