Don't know anymore!!!

I lodged a Hello Peter complaint just recently regarding the closure of an account, I was contacted and people from Standard bank promised how much they will get my query will be sorted..... p until today, I am waiting like a fool, while I am getting charged on this plus plan account. where is my cash back and why isn't the account closed as promised?<br> <br> Now I remember why I had gotten rid of standard bank before, high rates, bad service and all... all I want right now is for you all to get this sorted.
