Don't get mad, get even!

<p>Standard Bank's Non-Resident Centre made a complete hash of what should have been a simple issue. The staff in that department, who are barely literate, kept changing their minds in terms of requirements I - a non-resident - needed to meet to satisfy the Reserve Bank (long - and intensely boring! - story ...)</p> <p>When the transaction was finally completed, I lodged a formal complaint wth the bank, who - surprise, surprise - refused to accept any form of responsibility, even while themselves pointing out exactly where their staff had gone wrong. I would have been happy with an apology, but oh no ...</p> <p>I am over being angry and would advise anyone with a bone to pick with Standard Bank (not known as the "most complained bank for nothing!): write to the Board directly. How, you may well ask?
