DON'T GET A STUDENT LOAN FROM STANDARD BANK!

I am about to start my first job after spending four years in varsity - I will be starting with a bad credit record. My surety, who has been secretive about their failure to pay while I was in school has not paid my interest but I was not informed since I made the last interest payment and the next I heard about my student loan was that I had been blacklisted.<br> <br> I'm not supposed to make payments until I start working (Which is NOW) but if I knew about the summons (I was NEVER informed), I would have used my tutoring money to pay for the interest myself! I can't wait to change banks.<br> <br> Don't get a student loan from Standard Bank, they have no integrity.
