Does Standard Bank have Estate Consultants to fulfill their wills they draw up on behalf of clients

Estate Distribution and consultants are unheard off since April 2019. All documentation sent, require a definition of what Standard Bank considers 48 workday hrs, is that by Gregorian time? If not, please advise so I can accommodate as cannot continue to waste airtime on the call centre that holds the fort up and protects everyone behind them thus making them unreachable.
