Does not answer calls

I have been trying to get an estimation on the home loan I would qualify for from Standard Bank. I have spent 10 minutes waiting for someone to answer. She said she had to connect me with someone who could answer my question. After 27 minutes I was put through to someone who said that she was from personal lending and that home loans was unable to answer my call because they were to busy. She would have to try again. Unfortunately, I was unable to hold any longer. Nobody in the real world has that kind of time.
