Documents captured too late

I app**** for a further home loan at Standard Bank online. On 23 March I received a phone call from Takalani. He requested supporting documents (9:37 on 23 March) and I e-mail that on the same day (9:59). I followed up today and was told that I have to re-apply because they linked the documents to the application too late - Nokuchula.
